01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and trich88 (hereinafter "trich88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://trich88.cam.

By accessing the trich88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and trich88.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility & Registration

Registration on the trich88 Platform is available to natural persons only. The following eligibility criteria are mandatory and non-waivable:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. trich88 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction, as determined by trich88 from time to time.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of trich88, or a direct family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the trich88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms. trich88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your MyKAD, passport, or other government-issued identity document — at any time to verify the information provided.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. trich88 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to safeguard this information.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your trich88 Account and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, as an additional layer of security.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify trich88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

trich88 reserves the right to suspend any Account where unauthorised access is suspected, pending a security review. Any activity conducted on your Account prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access remains your responsibility unless trich88 determines otherwise following investigation.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

trich88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at trich88's discretion.

The following rules govern all deposits on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. The standard minimum is RM 10 for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and RM 50 for bank transfers (FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) and RM 30 for bank online transfers.
• trich88 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in a currency other than MYR will be subject to conversion at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of transaction.
• trich88 is not responsible for any delay in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors, scheduled bank maintenance, or network outages.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing any withdrawal, trich88 requires completion of KYC verification. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKAD, passport, or equivalent) and proof of the payment method used for deposit. We recommend completing KYC immediately after account registration to avoid delays.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Source: Withdrawals will, by default, be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made at trich88's discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Amounts: Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly limits are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Processing Timeframes: trich88 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business hour. For e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), the target is under five (5) minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within fifteen (15) minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.
• Bonus Wagering: Withdrawal of funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement is not permitted until the applicable requirement has been fully met.
• Withdrawal Fees: trich88 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard MYR withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network (gas) fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

trich88 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

trich88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated for each promotion (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sports betting, and other categories contribute at reduced rates as specified per promotion. Games with an RTP above a certain threshold may be excluded from bonus play entirely.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits apply per round. Exceeding the stated maximum bet cap — typically RM 50 per spin or round — may result in bonus forfeiture and cancellation of associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus carries a validity period from the date of credit (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Bonuses not cleared within their validity period are automatically cancelled without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered Player. Multiple bonus offers may not be stacked unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: trich88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors, coordinated multi-account wagering, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and arbitrage strategies. Any such conduct will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

08 Betting Rules & Fair Use

All bets placed on the trich88 Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or sporting event in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or betting rules.

• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, and UFC — are subject to trich88's published odds and betting rules. Odds may be suspended or amended prior to or during an event at trich88's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error, trich88 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return the applicable stakes to affected Players.
• Live (in-play) betting is available for selected events. trich88 accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues that may affect a Player's ability to place, amend, or withdraw live bets.
• Game outcomes on slot and table games are determined solely by certified RNG software. trich88 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way following placement of a bet.
• Maximum bet limits may apply across all game categories and are displayed within the individual game interface. Bets exceeding published limits may be refused or voided.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the trich88 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in such conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, associated balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false or third-party identity information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating account access by a person under 21.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from software exploitation are considered void.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including using stolen, disputed, or chargeback-prone payment instruments.
• Making threats, engaging in abusive language, or harassing trich88 staff members in any communications channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions imposed by trich88.

10 Responsible Gambling

trich88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. Gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity and must never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players on the trich88 Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Check: Players may configure periodic reminders of their session duration and net financial position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, reinstatement is not available until the chosen period has fully elapsed.

trich88 reserves the right to impose protective account restrictions — including enforced cooling-off periods, spend limits, or temporary suspension — on any Account where there are signs of problem gambling, irrespective of whether the Player has explicitly requested such measures.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the trich88 Platform — including but not limited to the trich88 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game content provided under licence, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of trich88 or its content licensors. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without trich88's express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Use trich88's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without authorisation.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of trich88's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, trich88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages of any kind.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond trich88's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures, and force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC verification or failure to maintain account security.
• The accuracy of published game RTP figures, which are theoretical averages over large sample sizes and not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded at law, trich88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits trich88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

trich88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, trich88 collects only the data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with international licensing obligations, and fulfil its responsibilities under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks. 14 Amendments to These Terms

trich88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, trich88 will provide reasonable notice to Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Where changes are administrative or minor in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last Reviewed" date displayed in the page header above. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which trich88 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising between you and trich88 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through trich88's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact trich88's support team in writing, setting out the nature of your complaint clearly. trich88 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction for final resolution. Nothing in this clause prevents trich88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
